This collar is made of aqua fleece with purple reflective vinyl and features neon pink resin spikes and a matching neon pink resin moon pendant. It is about 1.5" wide and is adjustable in length to 14.5", 15.5", 16.5" and 17.5". It has some slight flaws such as discoloration of the vinyl around the spikes and a design flaw that makes it slightly difficult to push through the bar that secures the extra length.
